From day one of booking onto any of our trips, whether in the Lake District or in the depths of the Khumbu Valley, we provide full support through regular communication through email, text message, Whatsapp or whatever alternative works for you.

TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE IN ALL WE DO
All of our technical team are fully qualified and hold the relevant National Governing Body Award, such as Mountain Leader, International Mountain Leader, Climbing Wall Instructor or Rock Climbing Instructor. Our team go through rigorous high-quality training to ensure that their skills are sharp, up to date with industry best practises, all to ensure you are safe whilst under the supervision of our team.

We are members of the British Mountaineering Council and the Mountain Training Association to ensure that we keep up-to-date with current industry standards and complete regular continued professional development (CPD) to keep us top of the game when it comes to your experience with us.
